If you're scheduled for a retinal examination, we recommend that you avoid driving to your appointment. It's best to have someone drive you or take public transport, as your eyes will be dilated, making it hard to see clearly for about two hours. This can make driving difficult, and if you're returning to work, you may have trouble reading small print. We also suggest bringing sunglasses, as you may be sensitive to sunlight. For general glaucoma patients, it should be fine to drive to future appointments if preferred. If you want to make sure, please give us a call on 02 94156055
